G400P and supported versions of Asterisk

Hello,

I would like to know if the G400P card fully supports Asterisk 11, because I saw that chan_extra seems to supports the beta version.
Or maybe, it's better to use Asterisk 1.8, I prefer to be sure before to install all programs and services on my server.
