g400e not working. Power problem?

Hello.

We have Elastix 2.4 installed with Openvox A400e (2 FXO) and G400e (1 gsm module). The A400e is working without a problem but I can't get the G400e to start working.
Because our server only has SATA connections, we had to use external power (12V and 2.5A) to the G400e.

When I run the command:
gsm show spans
The response is:
GSM span 1: Power off, Provisioned, Down, Active, Standard
I know that it must be Power on and Up.

I have tried the command:
gsm power on 1
But there's no feedback and I still get:
GSM span 1: Power off, Provisioned, Down, Active, Standard

Can you help me?

Sorry for delay, Please buy a Power line which switches SATA interface to IDE interface to test . If possible you can add my Skype upper.hua for further communication .

After a power failure I cannot set power on span 1.
When I run the command gsm power on 1
The green light blinks with 2 seconds interval and, after a few seconds, stops blinking.

The problem aroused when I was on vacation. As consequence, we are without mobile phone calls for about 2 weeks!

Can you help me?

Problem solved!

Between restarting the server, gsm power reset 1 and gsm power on 1 the G400E started to work.
