You can add "set(CALLERID(num)="")" in your dialplan to have a try. If still no function, you have to apply for this service from your provider.

You are thinking "asterisk" but this is a "GSM" issue.
What needs to be done is the correct command to be sent to the GSM network.

Maybe there is no such command,you should apply for the service from your provider .
