SWG-M202L does not receive SMS

I bought SWG-M202L and does not answer SMS. There are no incoming SMS. There is no message in "SMS Inbox". SMS is also not sent (after configuring the options) by email.
SWG-M202L receives an SMS because I have a receipt report, but nowhere is these SMS you can see and reading it is impossible.
SMS sending works great.
I have the latest firmware 1.1.2

Of course, everything is configured as it should be. First, I turned on SMS reception and only after saving and applying the "SMS Local Stored", "SMS Status Report" and "SMS Local Time" changes.
Unfortunately, the incoming SMS is not saved in the "SMS Inbox" folder or sent to the e-mail, despite its correct configuration, because the Test button sends the message correctly.

I have another question about sending incoming SMS to my email account.
The mail account test works, but SMS are not sent ?
Do I need to set anything else in the configuration ?
