VS-GW1600 v2 - Not responding

Our device was working fine for a month, then suddenly couldn't be reached. The device seems on and running - lights on the power but not sys.

We've tried to reset several times - but nothing happens. No response on eth0 or eth1.

I've attached a photo of the lights.

Any advise?

We're truly disappointed and no help from our sales rep.
