hard reset

is anyone could help us:
our acess passord of GSM gateway 16 port was changed i donot how,but it happened
how to fix this issue and resetthe password

Hi,

You can try to press the RST button about 7 seconds,and then loss it.And then login the gateway via the 172.16.99.1.
The default username and password is admin:admin.

If you don't want to hardware reset it,please contact me directly,I will try to find the password for you.
