I'm trying to setup my GW1200-4G but I'm unable to connect to it. Both ethernet ports are up when plugged in but I cannot get any response from 172.16.99.1 via ping, http, telnet or ssh. Is there any way to reset the box or get onto it some other way?
Have you connected the gateway directly to your PC? If so, have you previously set up the static IP on PC's network interface like that? These are the settings I used today to set up my gateway, everything went fine.
