4E1+2E1的问题

我这边是共有6条E1 线路，用一个4口E1+2口E1板卡。

问题说明：

当系统重新启动时，就会卡在日志信息处(请参考如下的信息)，然后就是等待，需要等 20分左右，然后才进如系统。

系统在使用中也会出现这样情况，然后，电话就不能外呼了。在查看系统日志信息出现日志信息（请参考如下的信息）。

（注：此客户没有远程管理的端口）,希望能提供思路，或者需要相关信息全力配合。

首先检查：
1） 你的card 的id 是否调整。
2） IRQ 是否相冲突？
3） zaptel-1.4.21.1？ 什么版本？从哪里来的版本， 没有听说。
4） 日志（系统的，和asterisk的）
