D110P always in Red Alarm

Hello,

I have problem with D110P card.
it's always in red alarm state.

My configs:
D110P v1.2
Asterisk 1.4.24
Dahdi 2.1.0.4 + 2.1.0.2
Libpri 1.4.9

etc/dahdi/system.conf
span=1,1,0,ccs,hdb3,crc4
bchan=1-15,17-31
dchan=16
loadzone = pl
defaultzone = pl

dhdi_tool shows:
current alarms: red alarm
sync source: internally clocked
irq misses: 860 and counting
tx/rx levels: 3/0
total/conf/act: 31/31/0

Led is flashing all the time (with or without cable) red.

I guess it's hardware problem, but i'm not sure.
Can you help me please

please check few things:
1) make sure your physical connection is well.
2) make sure not sharing IRQ with other devices, run : cat /proc/interrupts
3) run dahdi_test, make sure the result is higher 99%.

Ad. 1. line is ok
ad. 2. yes it's sharing line with: Ethernet controler and usb controler
ad. 3. results are near 100%

you MUST set the card having OWN IRQ, otherwise, it will cause problems. please swap to other slots and see what will happen.

I just install another astereisk server on another machine because on the first one i could not switch irq channel for d110 (both ethernet cards was on the same irq)
Now i have clean install with d110p on free irq and nothing have changed about red alarm.
So maybe my connection with operator is a problem. Can you please tell my how should be pin layout in cable that connects card with operator krone panel??
right now it looks like this:

4:Rx+
5:Rx-
6:Tx-
