B200E HDLC errors and more

Greetings,often one of the two spans get blocked and we cannot receive nor make calls. The corresponding led starts to blink and the only way to release the line is to unplug the cable from the ISDN adapter. This error happens only on the span nr. 1, the other works pretty well. On this span(1) we have two phone numbers (one is a fax number). Here are some log records:
