B100P and mISND v2

I am trying to build a CentOS 6 server with asterisk 1.8 and a B100P card. I have installed the OS (kernel 2.6.32-279.5.2.el6.x86_64) and it seemes to have mISDN version 2. The problem is that the OS does not have commands misdn-init or mISDN (in order to perform scan and conhfig command as executed in the manuals) available.In the wiki I could not find instructions for B100P and mISDN v2. Is it possible to install the B100P with mISDN v2 or I have to switch to mISDN v1?
In manuals for B200P and B400P and mISDN v2 (e.g. http://wiki.openvox.cn/index.php/OpenVox_B200P_User_Manual_for_mISDN%28v2%29 ) there is a step 3 where a patch must be made and the kernel to be compliled.
The link for the file mentioned ( http://www.openvox.cn/viewvc/misdn/trunk/mISDN_2.0/hfcmulti.c?view=log ) is dead.
Could anyone you provide information on how to execute these two steps (patch mISDN and compile kernel)?

hi,
plese refer to the following link to install misdn, if still have problem,please contact me via msn or skype.i think you can use dahdi drive to try, it may be a better choice
