I also started to install a B100P, but on SuSE 11.4
Using the files mentioned in
did not work for me, some errors occured during compile.
So I used
libpri-1.4.12 and libpri-devel-1.4.12 from SuSEs package installation
dahdi-linux-complete-18.104.22.168+22.214.171.124 from source (asterisk.org)
asterisk-126.96.36.199 from source (asterisk.org)
and applied the new patch version "2.4.0 or above.zip"
At least, this allowed me to successfully generate asterisk and dahdi.

I still have to complete and test the setup, but may be, this gives some more insight into the problem with Cent OS.
