B400E/Elastix/DAHDI incoming problem

Hello all,

I have the new Elastix 2.0 installed on the server and everything seems ok. Dahdi recognised and configured correct the B400E.
I am able to place outgoing calls but no Incoming calls. I checked everything i could think about but the problem is still there.

I enabled the pri debug on all the spans and i can see that there is activity when there is an incoming call but still nothing on the asterisk side.

Could somebody help?

Hi,
1)please add the line "error => error " and enable the following lines in /etc/asterisk/logger.conf
error => error
debug => debug
;The DTMF log is very handy if you have issues with IVR's
dtmf => dtmf
console => notice,warning,error
console => notice,warning,error,debug
messages => notice,warning,error
2)restart asterisk
3) make a incomingcall
4)post the debug information on CLI console to here.

Hi Xin,

Thanks for your reply. Even though i enabled all the logging as you instructed when i was making an incoming call still there was no activity in astrerisk, no messages in the console, and only if i was enabling the pri intense i could see the incoming call activity.

I changed the signaling of the BRI to bri_cpe_mpt and now i can see the incoming call getting in the asterisk and following the context.

The ISDN Bri multipoint has to do with the S-Bus termination setting in the NT, right?

And since i need the BRI to connect just to the card, i have to change the NT termination setting and then change the configuration to point-to-point, right?
