3 RJ45 ports

Hi

I'm newbie to telephony technology. I just finish setup a tribox 2.0 . And looking for a H/W to connect to tel co. and all my extension was planed to soft phone.
I'd d/l your data sheet 'n installation guild and found that there are 3 RJ45 ports
which can split to RG11. But my question is what type of those port ?

I mean how to use those 3 port.
Connect to tel. wall plug ?
or Anything else ?

we use a sp140 splitter to splite 3 rj45 ports to 12 rj11 ports.
