Not detecting the hang up of the call ...

Hello my friends...

I have a A400P22 and my problem is that my system is not detecting the hang up of the call......so, i make a call to my asterisk box with an A400P22 (the IVR takes the call), if i hang up the call during the IVR, the system does not accept the action and continue with the dial plan flow, even when the call was finalized by the caller....

Can you help me please?
