install of patch not working

15 years 3 months ago #2451 by ci
My problem is:
No CID on incomming calls on fxo.
Tried to install patch "wctdm" , but failed with "you do not appear to have the sources for the 2.18-92.1.18.el5 kernel installed"

Used instruktion from forum/patch

I'm using trixbox 2.6.2 (latest release)

kernel V. 2.6.18-92.1.18.el5

A400p with 2 fxo.

Intel/Atom mthb.

CID is sent from telephone company as default.

I'm situated in denmark.

Do uyo have a solution?

Regards.

Hi.

Thanks for a quick answer.

But what to install and how to do it?

Will it affect Asterisk/trixbox?

regards

Hi.
Thank you for your answer, but it did not solve my problem, as I got stock while installing the kernel-dev.

I ended up with an error message saying:

"yum -y install kernel-devel kernel 2.6.18-61
Setting up Install Process
Parsing package install arguments

It seems as I cannot update the kernel in trixbox?

Is there a workaround which might solve my problem?
