Not working - A400P22

Hi my friends.....

I have some problems with my board A400P22 (2FXO - 2FXS). one of the FXO ports when i try to make a call sounds busy (busy tone) the other 3 ports simply don't work, i can stay there waiting for any tone, and nothing happens........here i will send informatio regarding my system and my files in order to get some important and usefull information:
