Openvox A400P ver 5.0 FreeBSD 9.1

Good Day!
I have successfully used the card Openvox A400P ver 5.0 with 1 FXO and 1 FXS modules in FreeBSD 8.2 RELEASE
I used packages:
dahdi-2.4.0rc5_5
and
dahdi-kmod-2.4.0rc5

But recently I switched to FreeBSD 9.1-RELEASE. Now i am tried to use
dahdi-2.4.0rc5_6
and
dahdi-kmod26-2.6.1.r10738 (i have also tried dahdi-kmod-2.4.0rc5_6)

and when the module wctdm is loaded i get the following error:
"device_attach: wctdm0 attach returned 22"

pciconf -lv output:
