Apr 10 10:27:47 localhost kernel: buffer re-sync occur from 2 to 0

According to the info you provided, A800 seems not to be compatible with your intel server board.
Change it to A810 should be a better choice, and there will be no incompatibilities issue.
Just remember to install the newer versions of dahdi driver from OpenVox website:
http://downloads.openvox.cn/pub/drivers/dahdi-linux-complete/You%20must%20read%20this%20bofore%20downloading%20drivers.txt
Good luck!
