Caller ID not working!!

12 years 8 months ago #7271 by felipeasf
Hello,

i have an OpenVox A400E working on a system with TrixBox 2.8 and the caller id is not working.

I need help with this, i have tried many configurations but no success.

The system has a IVR to answer the calls.

Thanks in advance,
Felipe

hi,
you will confirm the type of caller ID signalling in use ,fsk or dtmf. you can change cidstart=ring to try,
if still have problem, please send me a record with CID signailing or give me ssh, I will check it for you.

Please execute the following command to record line signal under command line:
# dahdi_monitor 1 -r r.pcm -t t.pcm
('1' means the channel number where your FXO setup.)
Please send r.pcm and t.pcm files and provide the phone number and SSH to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
