A400P FXS Port not functioning

Hi,
I've ditched SwitchVox for Elastix... much better idea.

However I can't get the FXS card to work.

I've changed the /etc/dahdi/system.conf files to:

loadzone = nz
defaultzone = nz

When I ring the extension, I get a single half ring out of the phone. More like a chirp than a ring. Then it hangs up.

I can't dial and don't get a dial tone.

Are there any other settings I need to change anywhere to get the FXS port to work, or is it a dud card?
