thi is my scenario
Atom 510, 1gb ram. 320gb hd, centos 5.5, asterisk 1.8, dfahdi 2.4, freepbx 2.8
type on the bash
dahdi_cfg -vvvvvvvvv

your dahdi_cfg show the modules is: 1,3,4
Channel 01: FXO Kewlstart (Default) (Echo Canceler: mg2) (Slaves: 01)
Channel 03: FXS Kewlstart (Default) (Echo Canceler: mg2) (Slaves: 03)
Channel 04: FXS Kewlstart (Default) (Echo Canceler: mg2) (Slaves: 04)
but in your chan_dahdi.conf the channel is: 1,2,3
channel => 1 ; Telephone attached to port 1
channel => 2 ; Telephone attached to port 2
channel => 3

correct this problem but not change
pbx*cli> pbx1*CLI> dahdi show channels
No such command 'dahdi show channels' (type 'core show help dahdi show' for other possible commands)
pbx1*CLI>module load chan_dahdi.so
