how can i configuration my fxo card ?

Hi Everyone ~
I have a problem in Elastix 1.5

This is my topology


From Internet :
9321247 can make a call to 8524321

From Internal
8524321 can make a call to 9321247

From PBX
1230 can call 1597, than i plug "1597" line to FXO Port 1.

Question:
First, I already install a 8 port fxo card in elastix 1.5,How can i configuration Elastix to PBX from A800P ?

Second, How can I Dail 8520000 than play welcome voice , than user can dial 1230 to real pbx user ? and dial "9" to a operator ?

Third, How can I call the 8526819 than redirect to local real telephone "1230" ?

Hi All:
I have new question, i'm try Elastix to PBX.

I'm add new "Generic ZAP Device", Input User Extension for "1230",and channel "1",and apply.

when i use "8524321" Dial "1230", just ring 1 time than the line "busy".

what's wrong ?

when i dial "1597", the system always hangup the call .. :Q
