A400 and Caller ID

Caller ID is not passed to asterisk from the A400P.
I have followed:
bbs.openvox.cn/viewthread.php?tid=831&extra=page%3D1 .

The parameters:
cidbeforering
cidbuflen
fixedtimepolarity
are not recognized at loadtime by wctdm module

Any way to make CID work with this board?
A clear howto for CID and A400 will be apreciated. Thanks
