you have to connect the T1 line to the card, otherwise I could not diagnose.
I think it is a s/w issue, since one way audio is correct. you can try to place a inbound call from t1 to listen to the voice menu, and see if the caller can get correct voice.

I did this part, inbound call. The agent get correct voice but the person that do the call just get noise and the voice.
I installed this card in other hardware , no Dell, and I got everything fine as should be.
I will connect the server to T1 and I send the password.
There is any issue with dell.???
