Only take 1000.8 per second and average of dahdi_tool is greater than 99.98.

since you are using DE410P, have you disable the softecho in zapata.conf? or you have to try in these ways:
1) bind the your cards with one CPU that solely work with cards.
2） try to check with this patch:

I already added pound sign in front of echocanceller in /etc/dahdi/system.conf and did the follows in /etc/asterisk/chan_dahdi.conf:

;echocancel=yes
;echocancelwhenbridged=yes
;echotraining=800

Also, as my first post, I already allocated dedicated CPU for individual card.

Since my asterisk is 1.4.24, is it possible to apply the patch for 1.6.1?

I suggest you that if using dahdi, it is better to install asterisk-1.6. i am not try, but i think it is possible to add it with asterisk-1.4.XX.
