OpenVox Releases Hardware Echo Canceller for ISDN BRI Cards

Shenzhen, China – 2nd March, 2011--OpenVox Communication Co. Ltd, a global leading provider of the most advanced open source asterisk® telephony hardware and software products, has announced today that ISDN BRI Cards BE200E/P & BE400E/P with carrier grade hardware echo cancellation module are released. It enables users to experience great voice quality and stability in the telephony systems, with the advanced on-board hardware echo canceller.

 The new carrier grade echo canceller is based on Siemens® technology and supports international levels that exceed G.165/G.168, which eliminates echo tails up to 128ms or 1024 taps for all voice channels over ISDN BRI lines, with no additional CPU load. Thus the new added EC module will definitely ensure superior voice quality on all calls in every single phone system.
