OpenVox Introduces DGW-300X Series Digital Trunk VoIP Gateways for Enterprise Connectivity

Shenzhen, China - July 6, 2026 - OpenVox, a leading global provider of VoIP gateways, IP-PBX, and communication solutions, today announced the DGW-300X Series high-performance digital trunk VoIP gateways. The series includes DGW-3001, DGW-3002, and DGW-3004, providing businesses with a bridge from legacy PSTN/ISDN networks to IP-based communication systems.

As an upgrade to OpenVox's digital gateway line, the DGW-300X Series combines high density, reliability, and flexible configuration in a standard 19-inch 1U chassis measuring 440 x 318 x 44.4 mm.

Flexible Scalability for Deployment at Any Scale

The series offers software-selectable E1/T1/PRI interfaces across three capacities:

  • DGW-3001: 1 E1/T1 port, 1 failover bypass port, and up to 30 concurrent calls.
  • DGW-3002: 2 E1/T1 ports, 2 failover bypass ports, and up to 60 concurrent calls.
  • DGW-3004: 4 E1/T1 ports, 4 failover bypass ports, and up to 120 concurrent calls.

All models include dual redundant power supplies, with AC or DC input options, plus 2 Gigabit RJ45 Ethernet ports and 1 Gigabit SFP port.

Intuitive Management and Intelligent Operations

The Web-based management interface supports configuration, maintenance, and service customization, alongside Open API integration, auto provisioning, IPv4/IPv6, static IP/DHCP, QoS, and DNS SRV fast switching. The series interoperates with Asterisk, Issabel, 3CX, FreeSWITCH, VOS, BroadSoft, and other mainstream IP-PBX platforms.

Carrier-Grade Reliability

Redundant power supplies reduce single-point power risk, while built-in failover bypass ports can switch traffic to backup lines during power loss or system anomalies. Web management, SNMP, TR-069, TR-369, detailed logs, and browser-based packet capture support remote operation and troubleshooting.

The DGW-300X Series is available through OpenVox's global distribution and partner network. Contact OpenVox sales for a quote, demo, or technical consultation.
