OpenVox Unveils C220 and C421 IP Phones – Smarter, Faster Successors to C200 and C401

Shenzhen, China - December 23, 2025 - OpenVox Communication Co., Ltd. announced the C220 and C421 IP phones, the next-generation C Series models succeeding the C200 and C401. The C220 adds a 2.3-inch high-contrast dot-matrix screen (132x64), 6-way audio conferencing, and a 1,000-entry local phonebook while retaining HD voice, PoE support, dual Ethernet ports, and SIP interoperability.

The C421 succeeds the C401 with a 2.8-inch full-color LCD (320x240), support for up to 12 SIP accounts, and 21 programmable DSS keys with LED indicators for BLF, speed dial, and presence monitoring across multiple pages without external expansion modules.

Both models support IPv6, LLDP, VLAN, QoS, 802.1x authentication, TR-069, HTTP(S), and DHCP Option 66 for managed network deployment. They are designed for integration with mainstream UC platforms, including Asterisk, 3CX, FreeSWITCH, Issabel, and Microsoft Teams deployments through an SBC.
