G400P Robotic and brocken audio

Hi, i have one G400P1 module with two GSM 101 module (m20 chipset) installed on board, with two Italian SIM cards (Wind Telecom Spa).

I have configured all in Elastix 2.3 (asterisk 1., i have outbound and inbound call correctly but, if the outbound trunk sequence use first channel with first SIM card the audio is very robotic, slower and have more distorsion, when i use the second channel and second SIM card is all perfect.

The problem is the same with inbound call to same SIM card.

What is the problem? First GSM101 module broken, faulty? Configuration?

I have tryed to chande audio modality in file M20.conf to 0 (default=1) and in auto mode 3, but the problem is the same..

In other PBX i have a G400E and the problem is not present, al works fine, the configuration is the same!

Please help me, i need to reinstall pbx this week urgent?

Would you please edit /etc/openvox/opvxg4xx/modules/m20.conf? And find the line "AT_CALL_PROCEEDING => AT+CLVL?"

Please change it to "AT_CALL_PROCEEDING => AT+CLVL=24", then restart DAHDI and Asterisk to see if get it done.
