Dear Dennis
I followed your instructions and installed everything without any error. I got all output results those you put on your guide. But after restarting server PC, I loaded modules such as modprobe zaptel; modprobe opvxg4xx; ztcfg -vvvvvv, run asterisk and got following error:
[Apr 13 03:15:25] ERROR[4651]: asterisk.c:3090 main: Asterisk has detected a problem with your Zaptel configuration and will shutdown for your protection. You have options:
1. You only have to compile Zaptel support into Asterisk if you need it. One option is to recompile without Zaptel support.
2. You only have to load Zaptel drivers if you want to take advantage of Zaptel services. One option is to unload Zaptel modules if you don't need them.
3. If you need Zaptel services, you must correctly configure Zaptel.

We shut downed server PC, and loaded modules such as modprobe zaptel; modprobe opvxg4xx; ztcfg -vvvvvv, run asterisk. There was not above error which means asterisk run without problem. We got following message:
Asterisk Ready.
*CLI> -- GSM Span 1 registered to network!
So we are wondering what is happening during the restarting server PC. Any idea?
Hello,
There is an unloading driver procedure during shutting down PC. The driver will restart again and be sure load correctly when you reboot the server PC.
