I have 2 modules VS-GWM400G and i added another one but is not recognized for the Gateway. I reset already the module. The module turn on but it is not showed in the configuration page. Please help me!
When you add a new module on the chassis, you need cluster once again. Please enter "SYSTEM ---> Cluster" page, click button "Automatic Cluster" to cluster.
Notice: If your Lan network have other Openvox's GSM/UMTS gateway, please power off the other one, then cluster this one. Or connect this gateway with your pc directly to cluster. If there is only one gsm gateway, you can cluster directly.
