Openvox gsm gateway sims not working

Hey guys,

We have four active sims, but suddenly, the openvox does not recognize the sims.

What can i do?

Sorry for the trouble.Please try to update firmware via web.You need to update it to middle version 2.2.2 first.Then,update it to 2.3.2.

Newest version: www.openvox.cn/pub/firmwares/GSM%20Gateway/wg400-current.bin

If it can not update firmware via web,please add my skype and prepare ssh for me.I will help you to solve it.
