AutoDial with Audio file

Hi,

I've an Alarm System that produces an Audio File with some messages inside. Now i want to originate some calls and reproduce this file and at the end capture a DTMF.
I don't have any SIP account on the GSM Gateway, the numbers that i want to call are all Mobile Phone number. So my application of alarm system must communicate with GSM Gateway through the Asterisk API (i think), but i don't know how can achieve my goal.

Any help?

I've try with AMI but i'm not sure wich is the channel of GSM.
Here what i've done :results is : Originate failed.

Thank, ok i've tried but alway "Originate failed". I've tried also with CLI by "channel originate extra/1 extension <number>@default"
and give me this error :

Nothing?
