2.3.1 firmware has broken TLS/SSL support in SMS

Thanks for the great product.

Unfortunately, i got a problem with the new firmware 2.3.1 for VS-GW2120: i can't login to my SMTP server for sending received SMS to my email.
Previous version worked fine.

After some investigation and tests i found that when i enable option "TLS Enable" in the SMS to EMail settings, the variable "tls_enable" in the file /etc/asterisk/gw/sms.conf becomes true. However, your mail sender (/my_tools/PHPMailer_5.2.2/sendemail) doesn't do anything with that variable, so the connection to SMTP is not secured and server refuses it.

I tried to put this piece of code:

into sendemail script and everything becomes working fine.

Could you please take a look at this? How can i manually change code of the "sendemail" scripts on all my 8 modules until you release a fix?
