WGW1002G with both gsm channels blocked

I've bought a OpenVox WGW1002G GSM Gateway 2 Channel GSM for a customer on august, and after several months of no problems at all, it suddendly does not register with gsm carriers, in system log it keeps saying:

[2015/12/02 10:45:29] Restart asterisk (gsm 1 block).
[2015/12/02 10:48:52] Restart asterisk (gsm 2 block).
[2015/12/02 10:50:52] Restart asterisk (keeper).

I've changed codecs, bands, rebooted it, and yesterday, after a reboot, it worked for a while, but it changed to this behaviour again, do you know what could i do to fix it?

P.D: Its updated to the latest firmware and everything, and i reinstalled it to check if it was something related to a broken file.

I've upgraded to 2.2.0 build of october, instead of the 2.2.0 of the automatic upgrade wich is older, and everything seems ok right now, ill be informing if something gets bad again.

It happened again I've updated to the latest firmware and still having problems registering with the gsm lines it says blocked channels
