DE210 P light is on but calls cannot be made.

i'm using trixbox version 2.6.1.13 ,centOS release 5.2 and kernel 2.6.18-53.1.4.el5 with DE210P
i couldn't find answer from the forum so.. please help..
the DE210P light is on. everything looks ready but when call is made, asterisk showed errors below..

hello,
please run the command:
zap show channels? if show your zap channels, it should be ok.
pri show spans? it must be up and active, then you can make calls

I don't understand about D-Channel on span 1 down - up?
If I switch line ,It shows command,

hello,
please check:
1) set it all to switchtype = euroisdn, i found that in zapata.ocnf is national.
2) show me: cat /proc/interrupt, do not share IRQ with other devices.
3) check the physical connection
4) make sure the timing is sync
