can your card be inserted into 2U heigh industrial PC box?

I'm just wondering if your cards (e.g. DE410E) can be inserted into a 2U ( 89mm ) heigh industrial PC box?

Take DE410E for example, the size of DE410E is 12.9*11.1*2, the height is 11.1, does it mean DE410E can not be inserted into a 2U heigh industrial PC box?

Do I must use 3U or 4U heigh industrial PC box?

You need a 3 U or 4U box basiclly,
For 1 U or 2 U box, you need a raiser card to mount the card horizontaly.
