TE4XXP: Version Syncronization Error with A800P and D210E

Hi,
I have Elastix Installed on an IBM Server X3200M2 with one A800P card and one D210E the problem is that the Server hangs and give the message on the console TE4XXP: Version Syncronization Error! when i tried the A800P with a D110P everything works fine and when trying installing each card alone also everything works fine, kindly help ASAP

you mean install D210E alone also do not have any issue?

yes when installaing the D210E i have no problem and it works fine

If you can sure the pci contact is well, it looks like a hardware compatibility issue -- the system bus could not drive more than 3 pcs of card.

try to swap the pci slots of different cards.

Did all that its not a hardware compatibility issue as each card works alone fine when i replaced the D210E with D110P it also works fine, the problem seems from the PCI-E with the PCI in the drivers kindly help what i am trying is to install only two pcs of cards

do you mean the D210E alway could not work fine with any other card?

could you see a label Firmware 1.2 at the back of card?
