simple test: put a ISDN crosover connector (single RJ48C aka RJ45 jack with one pair of wires ) into one port card - it shold clear all alarms (go green).
if you have a two (or more) port simply make a full ISDN crosover patchcord, and put one side to a CPE, second to a NET mode, and make some calls between.
