Caller ID problem

16 years 3 weeks ago #931 by
I can't get CallerID. I'm in Italy. I use TelecomItalia.
This is my zaptel.con:

loadzone=it
defaultzone=it
span=1,1,3,ccs,ami
bchan=1,2
dchan=3

and this is my zapata.conf
[trunkgroups]

[channels]

language=it

switchtype=euroisdn
signalling=bri_cpe_ptmp

pridialplan=unknown
prilocaldialplan=unknown
nationalprefix=0
internationalprefix=00

echocancel=yes
echocancelwhenbridged=yes
echotraining=100

group=0
context=from-zaptel
channel=>1-2

;Include genzaptelconf configs
#include zapata-auto.conf

;Include AMP configs
#include zapata_additional.conf

I use Asterisk 1.4.17-BRIstuffed-0.4.0-test6

Please help me.

PS CallerID service is active.

I did it, but problem persist.

Verbosity was 3 and is now 19
-- Accepting voice call from '' to '0984980555' on channel 0/1, span 1
-- Executing [0984980555@from-zaptel] Set("Zap/1-1", "DID=0984980555") in new stack

hello, antonio.gabriele:
is "0984980555" is callerid? you can try like this:
exten => 0984980555,1,SetCIDNum(0${PRI_NETWORK_CID})
exten => 0984980555,2,Dial(SIP/XXX)
if still can not get it, you may try misdn.
Regards!
