ss7呼叫挂机原因AST_CAUSE_NORMAL_CIRCUIT_CONGESTION

各位好！

在呼叫的时候，直接挂机，挂机原因是AST_CAUSE_NORMAL_CIRCUIT_CONGESTION，具体日志如下：

你的配置可能都不对的，ss7 确认起来了（inservice）?检查这个错误：

确认起来了，就是白天呼叫正常，到晚上，呼叫就不正常，经常出现该问题。
