7号信令线路无法工作

我的系统环境是:CentOS 5.2+Asterisk 1.4.26 +Dahdi 2.2.0+ chan_ss7 1.2.1
联通公司开出的7号信令是:信令时隙在开在16通道，opc(局端)0x290B30，dpc(用户端)0x290B53，使用ISUP
光端机出来的线接到语音卡的第一个E1口。

我参考了很多配置案例，但一直没有配置成功。SS7 Link的状态时一直是up->down->up->down->up.....（不断的up,又down下去),如下

我有两台asterisk, 分别接联通和电信的E1线路
1. TE212P
2. DE210P
板块安装时没有记录下SN.早前我在TE212P和DE210P上调试PRI线路时, 都可以调通，应该可以排除端口的物理故障。
