Problem with country config A400

Hello.
I'm using CentOS 6.4 (Kernel 2.6.32-358.2.1.el6.i686) Asterisk 1.8.20.0 and Dahdi 2.6.1.
I intastalled A400P with 1 FXS and 1 FXO modules, made all configurations.
Now then I use default country (US) in dahdi/system.conf I can do outgoing calls, but Asterisk does'n detecting hang up. Then I change to my country (RU) I can not make outgoing calls.
How can I fix that?

you can active two parameters in /etc/asterisk/chan_dahdi.conf, then restart asterisk to try
vi /etc/asterisk/chan_dahdi.conf
busydetect=yes
busycount=5

Now I cannot do outgoing calls (starting with 9) at all.
