UC120 IVR Keypress not working fine.

Hi, this is my first UC120 I install on a client, all work fine with the exception of IVR Keypress.

On the call I press key and not send to the option I set on IVR keypress, sometimes work on the second press, but almost all time not work on the second time and fail on all first press.
I think is something about tones, I'm on Colombia, and not have on the options, just are working almost fine with China Tones.


My client are are telling me is not working fine and is true.

My country: Colombia.
Analog Phone Line Operator: Claro Colombia.

i can help you to check it remotely, you can change the Tone Region in "SmartPBX"-->"General"-->"Preferences" option
