Problem booting from CF

I installed voyager linux on a 8gb CF card but the IX100 will not boot. I get this on the terminal over and over:

The installation on the CF looks fine. What could the problem be?

i think you have to redo the image again, please make sure copy the voyage-linux image into cf card without any error. please follow the README file under the source of voyage-linux-2.6XX.

We are currently developing systems with OpenVox IPC100B motherboards.
We use a Linux OS installed on an 8Gb CF.
Occasionally the system doesn't start and displays a message that means the CompactFlash is corrupted.
A simple reboot fixes the problem.
Has anybody ever had this problem?
