how to update chan_extra on elastix 2.4

all call will routed an received
but there is a important problem
my voice prompt doesnt play and i dont hear any sound when have problem with calls
for xample *43 echo test work! but in start when play default prompts its not play and other asterisk core sound prompts.

what is the best version of elastix for chan_extra 2.0.7?
