gsm send pdu cannot receive

Hello,
We have another problem about sending pdu.

g400p card using chan_extra version 2.0.5

After using command "gsm send sms 2 xxxxxxxx xxxx" the status of span 2 shows sms send ok and the receiver receives the sms.
After using command "gsm send pdu 2 xxxxxxxx" the status of span 2 also shows sms send ok with the same message shows sms already send to xxxx at xx:xx. However, the receiver cannot receive the sms. (The pdu string contains the same receiver and message as the send sms command)

Could you help on this status?

Can u enable the gsm debug?
command "gsm debug on span <span>" will enable it.
Then send pdu, and check the debug the output msg.
And make sure your pdu is correct. Here attached a PDU generator[attach]306[/attach] for create PDU code.
Pls test and update me.

We've found out that the number should contain country code , area code such as "+86" for send pdu will not add it automatically like mobile phone.
