However, the dahdi service fails to load the opvxg4xx module because it doesn't exist (because of errors in the installation):

I'm stuck at this point! :'( I'm not sure what's causing the errors during the chan-extra installation.
I have the same cards as juanespty does, the only difference is that they are *400*E ones. I reinstalled my Elastix yesterday and it's now a x86 version, however, the drivers did not install sucessfully (the log is the same as juanespty has), and in addition the server became unavailable from the network after reboot - apparently there was a conflict with the network adapter.

As the Elastix-dahdi install script has some bugs,I suggest you use Source code install.Now we are fixing up the bugs.You can install chan-extra-1.2.1,which is compatible with 64bit OS.
