Elastix 2.0.3 + G400E

I Have bought a G400E card and have attempted to install it on my Elastix 2.0.3 x64 server as described here: http://www.chan-extra.org/index.php/OpenVox_G400P_User_Manual_for_dahdi.
Unfortunately the installation processes finished with errors.
Please help resolve this problem

I am unable to provide remote ssh access to the server. I am trying to install driver on a virtual machine at the moment. What details do you need?

Please show the log of the errors!what's the version of chan-extra you are using?Please refer: http://downloads.openvox.cn/pub/manuals/V2.1/English/G400E%20User%20manual.pdf
Note:Don't exec "make samples" after asterisk installed.

I'm using Elastix 2.0.3 64bit and have been trying to install G400E card with chan_extra-1.2.0 driver. The driver won't install, and I think the reason for that is that installation scripts presuppose that files are located in /usr/lib and lib however the files required for the script are actually located in /usr/lib64 and lib64.

Please help me find chan_extra driver that could be installed on Elastix 2.0.3 64bit.

I found there were some dependencies you hadn't installed.Please install them before installing chan-extra . Beacuse of the limitations of the script , I recommend you use "Source code install",and just note: do not execute "make samples"after the script help you install asterisk.
